Short Description:	Recombinant-COV2 Spike protein RBD B.1.1.529 (Omicron)-His-Tag protein was developed from hek293 and has a target region of His-Tag. For use in research applications.

Formulation:	Lyophilised from 0.2 μm filtered PBS solution pH7.4.
Dilution Range:	Spin the vial and reconstite in distilled water to a concentration not less than 0.1 mg/mL. This can then be diluted into other buffers.
Storage Instruction:	The lyophilized protein is stable for at least 1 year from date of receipt at-20°C. NA

Recombinant COV2 RBD B.1.1.529 encodes the NCOV spike glycoprotein RBD domain sequence. This molecule has a calculated mass of approximately 76kDa. Recombinant COV2 RBD migrates due to glycosylation as an approximately 120 kDa protein under reducing conditions in SDS-PAGE.
